My name is Alice Leishman. I began teaching in Clinton in 2011.  I started as a first grade teacher for two years, then moved onto third grade.  I was then given the opportunity I was hoping for, Kindergarten!  This is my third year teaching Kindergarten.  I enjoy watching the children come from varying educational settings and transform into students who know how to follow school expectations. There is an energy to Kindergarteners that keep me motivated to explore, develop and enrich their early stages of learning.  They come to school wanting to learn and grow!

This school year I was asked to be a part of the PBIS (Postive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) group here at Clinton.  This opportunity has provided a wonderful experience to further help my beginning students learn how to become responsible, accountable, safe and kind community members.
